Data we collect

When you fill in a form (quote, event, contact, newsletter) we collect what you enter: name, email, phone, date and details of the request. The site uses no tracking or profiling tools.

Why we use it

To answer your request, prepare a quote or send you the newsletter if you asked for it. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR) for the newsletter.

How long

Request data is kept as long as needed to handle it and in any case no longer than 24 months. Newsletter subscriptions last until you unsubscribe.

Who we share it with

Nobody, except the technical providers that host the site and deliver forms and emails, appointed as data processors.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, and object to processing, by writing to info@marevanto.it. You may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante).
